Upcoming meetings

The TRRC holds Full Council ("General") meetings when required, and its Committees hold meetings on a more regular basis.

Executive Committee Meetings

The Executive Committee of the TRRC meets regularly, generally at 7.30pm on the third Monday of each month, with some exceptions.

Full Council ("General") Meetings

Representatives of ARA-affiliated clubs and events in the Thames Region are encouraged to attend, participate, and vote in the Full Council (aka "General") meetings. These are held as either an "Annual General Meeting", or if the need arises, as an "Extraordinary General Meeting". The next scheduled General Meeting is:

    November 2008

Representatives of ARA-affiliated clubs and events within the Thames Region are welcome to attend these meetings as observers, but may find their interests are best pursued by contacting their ARA Divisional Representative in the first instance. Thames Region Divisional Representatives report to both the ARA and the TRRC Executive Committee.

HOST CLUBS SOUGHT

TRRC meetings move around the region and aim to make use of any clubs who are wlling to host us. We are always looking for suitable locations to hold both executive committee and our larger full council general meetings.

If your club is willing to host a meeting on any of the dates shown, please e-mail the Honorary Secretary.
