2008 Meeting Documentation

General (aka "Full Council") meetings are held annually in November as "Annual General Meetings", and as "Extraordinary General Meetings" when necesssary (see list of upcoming meetings). ARA-affiliated events and clubs within the Thames Region are encouraged to select a representative to participate (and vote) in these meetings.

Executive Committee meetings are usually held on the evening of the third Monday of each month, with some exceptions (see list of upcoming meetings). Members of the Executive Committee are expected to attend, and send reports for circulation to committee members in advance of the meeting. Representatives of clubs and events who are not Executive Committee members are welcome to attend Executive Committee meetings, but may do so only as meeting observers.
