Applying British Rowing Technique Presentation

Robin Williams of the ARA, has kindly agreed that his presentation given at the Applying British Rowing Technique afternoon may be published on the TRRC website.

This presentation was given at the event at London RC on 7th March 2006.

Please note that the other presentations given during the afternoon are not available at this time. However, the TRRC hope to repeat the Core Stability presentations in the Autumn as part of the Autumn Seminar Series.
