This years Junior Inter-Regional Regatta will be held on Sunday 17th May at The National Watersports Centre Nottingham. To ensure that Thames Upriver fields the strongest team possible, selection trials will be held at Dorney Lake on Sunday 26th March 2005.

e-mailto:chris.boothroyd@henleyrowingclub.org,

Tel No. 07816514013.

To cover the cost of hiring Dorney and administration, the entry fee for the trials will be £4.00 per head incl cox's (if they are doubling up you only need pay once for each athlete and you pay nothing to Dorney on the day). Cheques to be made payable to Henley Rowing Club

We regret that the charge has had to go up, but Dorney’s fees have increased.

As in previous years , any profit will go to subsidising the succesfull athletes seat fees for the Inter Regionals themselves.

Entries should be made on ARA entry forms including registration numbers and SIZE of T-SHIRTS REQUIRED by the athletes.

  • S  Small              Chest size approx 36"
  • M  Medium       Chest size approx 40"
  • L  Large              Chest size approx 44"
  • XL Extra Large        Chest size approx 48"

Please indicate on your entry any doubling up between boats and competitors.

The order of racing will be determined following receipt of entries but the intention will be to race big boats first followed by doubles and then singles.

To allow as many athletes as possible to represent the region it is intended that no athlete will be selected to compete at the interregional in more than one event.
