River Closure for the Royal Windsor Triathlon

Members who row on the Upper Thames near Windsor, should be aware of the planned river closure on Sunday 17th June 2007.

The Environment Agency have granted a river closure for the Royal Windsor Triathlon, between 0600 and 0930 on Sunday 17 June 2007.

The closure, which covers the Thames from the A355 Windsor / Eton Relief Road Bridge to Fireworks Ait, Windsor,  is for the safety of both the swimmers and other river users and applies to all river traffic including rowing boats.
