Recreational craft available on the Tideway

As part of the legacy programme of the 2006 World Rowing Championships, the TRRC is keen to encourage clubs across the region to introduce new rowers to the sport.

We recognise that this poses a particular problem for those clubs based on the Tidal Thames, were conditions are not always ideal for beginners. The TRRC is therefore keen to encourage clubs to work together to hire/loan equipment suitable for beginners, thus allowing as many people as possible to try rowing.

The following list is not exhaustive, but is based on information that has been supplied to the TRRC. If your club has similar equipment that you are happy to hire or loan to fellow clubs on the Tideway, please contact the TRRC Marketing Officer to be added to this list.
